DIRECTIONS:
The IHOP is on the south side of I-10 at the first exit inside of Loop 610 if you are driving east towards downtown. The IHOP is on your right driving down I-10, but on your left as soon as you turn right on Washington. You will have to drive down to the McDonald's and do a U-turn to come back.
